Can you please tell us a little bit about yourself and your position as ‘Founder’ and ‘Chief Executive Officer’ at Rakkar Digital?
Sure! My name is Arthit Sriumporn and I am the founder and CEO of Rakkar Digital, a qualified digital asset custodian for enterprises and institutions. I am an engineer by taught. I enjoy building products and businesses that resolve customer pain points and make their lives better. With years of experience in the financial service and technology industries, I have a strong passion in exploring new frontiers of the digital asset and blockchain space. As the founder and CEO of the company, I am responsible for overseeing the company's overall strategic direction, as well as leading our team of experts in delivering innovative and secure digital asset custody services to customers in Hong Kong and Southeast Asia region. I believe blockchain technology and digital assets have potential to revolutionize financial industry, and we are committed to building Rakkar Digital as an important infrastructure to uplift the industry and support the bright coming future. We focus on building trust, security, and authenticity to become the leader in this space.
What inspired you to enter the digital asset and blockchain industry?
There are quite a few factors that inspired me to enter the digital asset and blockchain industry. I was drawn to the innovative and dynamic nature of the industry, with new developments happening at a rapid pace, we saw an opportunity to contribute to the industry. Moreover, we believe that digital asset and blockchain technology has the potential to create a transparent and secure financial system that can benefit enterprises and institutions. Trust and security are the most important factors when dealing with institutional clients thus qualified custodian is an important infrastructure for these clients to enter the industry and leverage the benefits of blockchain technology. We saw the gap in this market and wanted to contribute to the industry by building the most secured, trusted institutional grade qualify custodian services for these clients.

Rakkar Digital strongly believe in creating meaningful products and services to resolve customer’s pain points. In this case, securely safeguarding their assets whilst still easily accessing them. Our mission is to provide the best-in-class digital asset custody solutions with a strong cybersecurity system which follows the remit of regulatory frameworks. We emphasis in putting the customer first by providing the best-in-class user experience with high accessibility to our seamless platform through our mobile application and web console. What excites you the most about where this company is heading?
As the founder and CEO of Rakkar Digital, I am extremely excited about the direction that the company is heading toward our focus on innovation and staying ahead of the curve in the fast-evolving digital asset custody space. We are constantly exploring new ways to improve our services such as implementing cutting-edge security measures. Furthermore, I am also thrilled about the growing demand for digital asset custody services in the region and the opportunity for Rakkar to expand our offerings to new markets. Our team is committed to provide our clients with secured, reliable, and user-friendly solutions. You have just launched custodian services on mobile app and web console. What’s next?
We will continue to enhance and improve custodian related services. We talked to quite a few customers, took their pain points, and added those features into our product backlog planned to be implemented this year. We also have plans to add more yield generation products to allow our customers to securely store their assets in our custodial wallet whilst still able to generate yield from those assets. What advice would you give based on your experience founding Rakkar Digital?
Do the right thing and never give up! Building up great things is not going to be easy and smooth, although it is not impossible. With the right ethic and knowledge, goals are achievable. There will be challenges and obstacles along the way so don’t give up. Invest in people, build the team, get the right people for the right task. Equip them with trust in their domain expertise and allow them to shine. We are very fortunate to have many talented people with us and they have brought us to this point. I believe there will be a lot more achievements coming with this team.
