Rakkar Digital is a startup company backed by SCB10X focusing on digital assets and blockchain space. We provide digital asset custody and related services to our clients across ASEAN and Hong Kong. We are on a mission to enable our clients to securely store and easily access digital assets and cryptocurrencies. The team is growing fast. As an Operations Associate, your mission is to provide exceptional support for our services while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and streamline internal processes to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and support transactional activities and ensure timely actions within SLAs

• Manage and resolve tickets and customer inquiries within SLAs

• Work closely with Customer Success team to ensure seamless customer experience

• Collaborate with Compliance team to ensure our operations processes are inline with the latest laws/regulations

• Develop and monitor periodic performance reports

• Drive process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and effectiveness of operations processes

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in operations or similar role

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Self-sufficient and the ability to work independently

• Strong verbal and written communication in Thai and English

• Embraces change and process improvement

• Positive attitude and proactive approach to continuous improvement

• Background in blockchain technology, digital assets and digital assets custodian is a plus

• Experienced with Zendesk, Jira or confluence is a plus
