Rakkar Digital will request your business information for KYC verification to fully comply with AML/CFT laws and regulations. The initial set of documents requested is listed below.

Company​

• Certificate of incorporation / Company registration certificate​

• Company's articles of association / Company's constitutional document​

• Company’s board of resolution (authorizing the opening of a custody wallet with Rakkar Digital and appointment of authorized signatories)​

• Shareholder structure of the company​

• List of beneficial owners (Individual who owns 25% or more of the company)​

• List of all directors of the company​

• Company's power of attorney (if any)​

All directors and shareholders​

• Identity card or passport

Please note that additional information may be required if clarification is needed. 

The SLA for onboarding new customer is approximately 2 weeks for simplified KYC/CDD process.
