Rakkar Digital will request your business information for KYC verification to fully comply with AML/CFT laws and regulations. The initial set of documents requested is listed below.

Company’s board of resolution (authorizing the opening of a custody wallet with Rakkar Digital and appointment of authorized signatories)
Shareholder structure of the company
List of beneficial owners (Individual who owns 25% or more of the company)
List of all directors of the company
Company's power of attorney (if any)
All directors and shareholders
Identity card or passport

The SLA for onboarding new customer is approximately 2 weeks for simplified KYC/CDD process.
