Sales Director / Manager (Thailand)


Rakkar Digital is a third party qualified custodian backed by SCB 10X focusing in digital asset and blockchain space. We provide digital asset custodian and related services to our clients across Southeast Asia. We are on a mission to enable our clients to securely store and easily access digital assets and cryptocurrencies. The team is growing fast. We are looking for strong talents to join us in multiple countries across the region.

We’re looking for a Sales Director / Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The Sales Director / Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales operations, and leading the sales team to achieve targets.

This role will be based in Bangkok office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop an acquisition plan that covers sales, revenue and expense control

  • Develop acquisition strategy and tracking pipelines

  • Set sales targets and track sales performance

  • Coordinate with Business Development team for leads generation

  • Coordinate with Customer Success team for customer onboarding

  • Acquire new customers to achieve sales target

  • Boost utilization of existing customers

  • Maintain a good relationship with customers

  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts whilst being aware of new products and competitors status

  • Forster a competitive yet collaborative team environment

  • Promote the organization and products

  • Understand customers’ needs and feedback to the product team for further product development


  • Bachelor degree in business or related field

  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies

  • Experience in customer relationship management

  • Excellent in written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

  • Dedicated to providing great customer service

  • Result oriented with high passion to meet sales targets

  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

  • Strong business sense and industry expertise

  • Ability to self-motivate as well as work collaboratively as a team

  • Willing to go an extra mile attitude

  • Experience in Digital Assets – Cryptocurrencies, Web3 or NFT is a plus
