We are looking for a Senior Platform and Site Reliability Engineer that will play a critical role in ensuring the uptime and stability of the company’s production environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, platform engineering and site reliability principles. The successful candidate will be based in Bangkok and will work with the product and technology team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Role Purpose

  • Design and implement a scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure on multi-cloud, mainly AWS

  • Maintain and improve the platform's overall reliability and performance

  • Automate platform deployment and management processes

  • Monitor the platform and proactively identify and resolve issues to prevent downtime

  • Work closely with development teams to ensure that applications are deployed and run smoothly on the platform

  • Keep up to date with the latest technologies, tools and best practices related to cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, and site reliability engineering

  • Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve platform-related incidents and drive root-cause analysis

  • Write and maintain technical documentation for the platform

• Key Relationships

  • Reports to Senior Technology Director

  • Internal stakeholders include teams within the relevant departments in the company

  • External stakeholders include partners providing professional services

• What we are looking for

  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS Infrastructure and services

  • Experience with multi-cloud platform (Azure, GCP) is a plus

  • Expertise in automating infrastructure deployment and management using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar

  • Experience in containerization technologies like Docker, Kubernetes and Helm

  • Knowledge of network and security best practices in the cloud

  • Strong understanding of site reliability engineering principles

  • Experience in Infrastructure as Code principles and practices is a plus

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, software engineering or information technology

• 4 to 7 years of relevant experience working in software development projects with experience in network integration, maintenance, and operation

• Solid understanding of AWS cloud provider able to guide best practices and solutions

• Passionate in product development and deliver quality product

• Understanding of digital assets industry, cryptocurrencies and web3 are a plus

• Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-culture environment

• Ability to work independently

• Comfortable in a fast-moving, high-energy, remote-first environment

• Experience working in Agile teams to support successful digital transformation projects, involved in the end to end planning to implementation

• Passionate about technology and excited about the impact of emerging / disruptive technologies

• Excited about trying new approaches to set new and higher standards
