Rakkar Digital is a startup company backed by SCB10X focusing in digital asset and blockchain space. We provide digital asset custody and related services to our clients across ASEAN. We are on a mission to enable our clients to securely store and easily access digital assets and cryptocurrencies. We are looking for a Backend Developer with experiences in web and mobile application development. The successful candidate will be based in Bangkok and work with Product Owners and Development squads from other countries to deliver mobile and web applications to our customers across the countries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Role Purpose

  • Lead the design and drive the implementation of DevSecOps platform, enable automation framework, tools and technologies adoption to emphasize continuous improvement of development life cycle

  • Lead to ensure efficient delivery of solution development and optimization in terms of cost and resource utilization in aligning with strategy, roadmap, data privacy, security and architecture

  • Collaborate with team members and related parties to improve architecture and engineering practices

  • Manage to ensure the preventive maintenance activities for the responsible applications and integration, including service health check, patch management and high stability & availability with optimum cost effectiveness

• Key Relationships

  • Reports to Senior Technology Director

  • Internal stakeholders include teams within the relevant departments in the company

  • External stakeholders include partners providing professional services

• What we are looking for

  • Experience in DevSecOps platform, have technical knowledge in CI/CD tools and networking

  • Creating DevSecOps pipelines from the ground up in a regulated industry

  • You are familiar with suggesting security unit testing to complement happy-path tests and can offer solutions for all stages of CI security

  • You have a love to build tool to speed up complicated workflows and integrate security health checks

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, software engineering or information technology

• 4 to 7 years of relevant experience working in software development projects with experience in network integration, maintenance and operation

• Solid understanding of AWS cloud provider able to guide best practices and solutions

• Passionate in product development and deliver quality product

• Understanding of digital assets industry, cryptocurrencies and web3 are a plus

• Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-culture environment

• Ability to work independently

• Comfortable in a fast-moving, high-energy, remote-first environment

• Experience working in Agile teams to support successful digital transformation projects, involved in the end to end planning to implementation

• Passionate about technology and excited about the impact of emerging / disruptive technologies

• Excited about trying new approaches to set new and higher standards

• Courageous and willing to challenge status quo to implement new solutions for improvement
