Rakkar Digital is a startup company backed by SCB 10X focusing in digital asset and blockchain space. We provide digital asset custody and related services to our clients across ASEAN. We are on a mission to enable our clients to securely store and easily access digital assets and cryptocurrencies. The team is growing fast. We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer with web and mobile application design to join our product development team. The successful candidate will work with our talented team from multiple location across ASEAN. You will have a chance to work with people from multiple cultures and learn as part of the team.

This role reports to Product Director and sits in our Bangkok office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and lead the end-to-end design process of products/ideas/solutions

• Work through product problems from definition and opportunity to shipping software to our customers

• Be actively involved in defining the strategy for your product, thinking in terms of experience, not just screens

• Design and prototype multiple ideas quickly, to validate product directions

• Participate in design critique and product meetings

• Work closely with Product Owners and Developers to reiterate design to launch quickly and respond to users' feedbacks

• Brainstorm and continuously improve design for content, advertisement, and event

Qualifications and Experience:

• Love designing and building new products

• Experience designing digital products (apps, website)

• Effectively convey and communicate design solutions in visual, written and verbal

• User centric designer who eager to create delightful experiences to end users

• A driven self-starter who is excited about collaborating and building relationships with other teams

• Creative problem-solver who can iterate with low-fidelity sketches of workflows and translate those into beautiful high-fidelity designs using Figma, Sketch and other tools

• Willing to learn and willing to go an extra mile to achieve the best design and product

• Open minded and work collaboratively well as a team

• English language – full proficiency
